Bence is one of the most acknowledged comedy writers in Hungary. He graduated from University of Drama and Film in Budapest, where he studied scriptwriting and creative writing. After graduation he started as a freelance writer working for almost all TV stations in Hungary. In a couple of years he joined the freshly launched RTL Klub as Head of Development and was part of many successful projects. He was the creator and the writer of one of the most successful sitcom series One too many. He wrote more than 100 episodes, and the re-runs are still on air. Later he created the most controversial animated series called Hungaricum. The 10-minute-episodes were based on different iconic events of Hungarian history, making fun of national heroes and legends in a way nobody did before. This series created a huge buzz in the country and the Christian Democratic Party was even trying to ban the series from air. For more than a decade Bence was part of almost all the comedy shows as a writer on aired 5 different channels in Hungary.

 

Bence is one of the best known ghostwriters of Hungary. He wrote more than a dozen books on Hungarian TV hosts, and other celebrities in a readable funny way, and sold over half a million copies.

 

He was the screenwriter of ARGO, the first ever trash-comedy movie, reaching a nationwide audience, and receiving many awards. The sequel, ARGO 2 will premier next March and it is one of the most awaited feature films in Hungary for 2015.

 

Bence was the headwriter of the most popular morning radio show in Hungary, for a station that was run by EMMIG group. The Howard Stern Show received many awards in the past 15 years.

 

Bence is now partner and creative director at Paprika Latino, an international creative and production company, active in 10 CEE territories, and owned by the Swedish MTG Group. As creative director, Bence developed many comedy formats that are sold around the world by Digital Rights Group (DRG) and other international distributors, such as Red Arrow and Fremantle.
